Job Description
Review historical trends, research drivers, and evaluate forecast results to identify the gaps and provide insight and recommendations to management on how to improve processes.
Analyze, optimize, and simplify workflows.
Data Analysis through creating reports and dashboards.
Project Analysis from the beginning and monitoring to the endpoint.
Design and execute new reports, according to operational needs and important OKRs of different teams.
Develop, review, and analyze department KPIs and OKRs’ data.
Provide and control analysis, logic, and processes to create dashboards.
Train stakeholders on new reports and dashboards.
Work collaboratively with operational team and represented workgroups to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
Develop matrix relationships to involve process experts and conduct improvement activities using problem-solving tools such as Lean, 6sigma, Kaizen, etc.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Problem-solving capability.
Analytical and critical insight.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks.
Skills in Power BI and SQL Server and Python or R is a plus.
Having experience in operation.
Advanced skills in MS Excel.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Project.
Eager to achieve challenging targets.
Ability to manage time and resources.
Self-Motivated, fast learner and result oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines.
